HR Executive [Recruitment, Training & Industrial Relations]



Job Responsibility

  • Responsible in overall human resources functions and undertake assignments/duties in ensuring effective and efficient operation of the department.
  • Actively participate in the development, interpretation, application and implementation of recruitment procedures and activities
  • Assist in handling training coordinations and industrial relations matters
  • Assist to establish and maintain good relationships between employer and employees
  • Assist to examine and attempt to resolve workplace disputes and grievances
  • Assist to manage employees discipline issues, daily operation and related matters
  • Assist in handling ISO matters i.e. documentations and audits

 


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource / Industrial Relations or any related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling full cycle of Manpower, Recruitment and Selection
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia [Written & Oral]
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with all level of employees
  • Disciplined and resourceful with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Possess analytical skills with ability to analyse situations accurately and effectively
  • Paying attention to details and able to follow up and follow through in the assignments given
  • Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act, Labour Law and practices, Industrial Relation Act, Statutory Requirements and Human Resource Management
