Admin Assistant



Job Responsibility

  • Assist the HOD/Immediate Supervisor, in ensuring all approved policies, and procedures are disseminated in a proper and timely manner.
  • Ensure timely preparation of all papers, reports and relevant documents as and when required.
  • Ensure basic office amenities are available and maintained in good working condition at all times.
  • Manage the coordination of Administrative operations in the company.
  • Assist HOD/Immediate Superior in managing company asset and administrative budget.
  • Conduct relevant and related analysis on administrative items as when required.
  • To monitor and ensure all daily operational duties in administration unit is completed and executed as per approved business process flow.
  • To act as relief or delegate for peers (Immediate Supervisor/tea lady) as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM with 2 years of working experiences
  • Diploma in Business/Admin/Management will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate ie. Microsoft Office
  • Able to produce reports and memos
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi task
  • Good command of English language (oral & written)
  • Have good track working records
