HR Executive [Compensation & Benefits; and Payroll]



Job Responsibility

  • Actively participate in the development, interpretation, application and implementation of HRD procedures and activities related to Compensation & Benefits, Payroll & Salary Management, Staff Movement and Employee Relations
  • Responsible in overall human resources functions and undertake assignments/duties in ensuring effective and efficient operation of the department.
  • Assist in handling compensation and benefits matters
  • Assist to establish and maintain good relationships between employer and employees
  • Assist to examine and attempt to resolve employee related issues and grievances
  • Assist to manage HRD daily operation including payroll, compensation and benefits related matters
  • Assist in handling ISO matters i.e. documentations and audits

 


Job Requirements

  • Degree or Master in Human Resource / Administration or any related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in handling full cycle of Compensation & Benefits; and Payroll & Salary Management
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia [Written & Oral]
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all level of employees
  • Disciplined and resourceful with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Possess analytical skills with the ability to analyse situations accurately and effectively
  • Paying attention to details and able to follow up and follow through in the assignments given
  • Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act, Labour Law and practices, Statutory Requirements and Human Resource Management
