Job Requirement
- More than 8 years working experience (3 to 5 years Managerial Level)
- Degree in Human Resource or related field from a recognized university.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Able to manage and balance multiple priorities and competing work demands.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, creative, goal-orientated and able to work with minimum supervision.
