Coordinating and managing multimedia content across various platforms to support the organization's branding and communications

Job Responsibilities
- Lead setup, configuration, and maintenance of the e-learning platform (LMS), including user access, structure, and reporting.
- Monitor learning data, track completion and compliance, and provide insights for HR decision-making.
- Design and develop engaging digital learning content (e-learning modules, videos, quizzes, infographics, animations).
- Create multimedia materials (videos, posters, digital content) for internal communication, training, and employer branding.
- Support corporate events, onboarding, and campaigns through media production and coverage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, copyright, and data protection requirements.
- Assist in maintaining SharePoint/department sites to ensure content is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver digital learning solutions.
- Provide recommendations and improvements to enhance digital learning effectiveness.
- Assist HOD in implementing initiatives, improvements, and dissemination of HR-related information.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Instructional Design/ Digital Learning/ Multimedia or related field.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
- Able to translate business requirements into structured prompts in producing good digital content
- Familiar with LMS platforms and multimedia/editing tools is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in digital learning or content creation or prompt.
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
