Job Responsibilities
- Responsible in coordinating and managing multimedia content across various platforms to support the organization's branding and communication
- Assist HOD in ensuring all approved policies, procedures, guideline, and news are dissiminated in a proper and timely manner within the department and whre
- applicable, throughout cthe department/company
- Ensure timely preparation of all papers, reports and relevant documents for the department/company, statutory bodies and any others as and when required [appliable to Media]
- Provide solutionand/or improvements towards the media activities. Assist HOD in the supervision of the implementation of improvements as directed by the Management
- Suggest improvements which will benefit the Company as well as the department's operations effectiveness and eficiency, and subsequently assist HOD in the supervision and administering the implementation of the improvements
Job Requirement
- Degree in Instructional Design/ Digital/ Media Communication or equivalent
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia [Spoken & Written]
- Familiar with editing tools
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to produce technical report, procedures and other related documents
