Job Description
Engineer responsible in supervising and coordinating all activities of Rollingstock Department in line with the department and company's objective and mission.
Salary Range
Salary offered shall commensurate qualification and experience
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of troubleshooters with the aim of increasing their knowledge/skill/competency level via theoretical and practical trainings
- Develop methodologies to improve the train/machineries performance and enhancement of work processes
- Localisation of components
- Assist the department's management matters such as monitoring KPI's, dealing with suppliers and contractors etc
- Review design documents, test requirements and existing specifications of trains
Job Requirement
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic engineering from recognised university/institution
- Must be registered / or in the process of registering with the Board Of Engineers
- Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in physical assets maintenance management, ability to demonstrate competencies in work planning and performance measurement
- Strong analytical skills and familiar with condition monitoring methodologies, self-motivated, self-discipline, dependable, innovative, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to produce technical report, procedures and other related documents
