Job Description
Procurement Executive responsible in supervising and coordinating all activities of Procurement in line with the department and company's objective and mission.
Salary Range

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible in supervising, managing personnel and coordinating all activities of Procurement in line with the department and company’s objective and mission
- Assist the HOD in ensuring all approved policies and procedures are disseminated in a proper and timely manner within the department and where applicable, throughout the department/company
Skills
- Purchasing, sourcing and negotiation
- Shipping & logistics
- Handling of import and export operations incl. Customs clearance
- Customs coding classification & special import requirement knowledge
- Prompt in following up and managing work priorities
- Fluent spoken/written English
- Analytical skill
- Computer related knowledge i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook & etc.
Job Requirement

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Procurement related field
- Minimum Degree in Logistics or relevant discipline from recognized university
- Well versed and have experience with Custom clearance including tariff classification for Import & Export
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia & English language [Spoken & Written]
- Malaysian citizen only
